Management Leadership – The Next Generation in Management
Most people confuse each of these and tend to use them interchangeable. Ironically, although they are extremely different, the combination of these roles will inevitably be the future assumed role of “Management”. Someone who can delegate and control alone is no longer sufficient to carry an organization and its people, through the ever-changing integrated global business community. The Fusion of Management, Leadership, Mentoring and Coaching are what we call, Management Leadership. “The people, led by wise leadership, will come to the realization, “We did it ourselves.” – Lao-Tzu

This engaging, thought-provoking program will leave your conference or meeting participants energized and excited about the material they have yet to learn. Though the time spent with participants during a Keynote is short, Al Torres uses illustrative examples, humorous anecdotes and proven research results to present the most important highlights of any topic in a way that stays with the audience. Please allow 1-2 hours.

The Workshop
This 2- or 4-hour program utilizes exercises, tools and group experiences, rather than simple lecture, to achieve awareness and personal growth among participants. Best suited for groups where participants work closely together or know one another. Please allow 2-4 hours.
